TRAPT employs a multi-stage fusion strategy to address the issues of incomplete cis-regulatory profile coverage and TRBP problems. By leveraging two-stage self-knowledge distillation to extract the activity embedding of regulatory elements, TRAPT can predicts key regulatory factors for sets of query genes through a fusion strategy.
